Eric was born to native Southern Californians in Los Angeles. He has spent over 33 years in SoCal and has seen 4 different decades in the region; thus watching the greater Los Angeles area and desert areas change economically, culturally and architecturally. He has an expansive network of friends, investors and professionals which he nurtures to effectively market his listed properties from contract to close. Eric's average days on the market for sellers is 18 days. He also is a great resource as a buyer agent since he understands the nuances of the entire Coachella Valley and the entire SoCal region. Eric owns a property in Palm Springs and resides there full-time. Occasionally he visits family in Los Angeles, the Hi-Desert and San Diego.
